Layering, Stacking, and Depth


This picture shows a foundation of colored fabric with a handled tray above, which then
has a painted tray atop that and is completed by the vase arrangement.



Note the ottomans forming a table surface, topped by a scarf, which is then topped by
a tray, then a bowl, and then the decorative balls.



This old-fashioned hatbox is being used as a riser to display this floral arrangement.
